A few of the friends we love to support. To do something great together please reach out.
US Ski & Snowboard
We're all in on the training and development of youth skiers and couldn't be more proud to partner with the Intermountain Division of US Ski & Snowboard.
We jumped at the opportunity to provide custom embroidered Mules to all winners in every Division.
The future is bright for the US Ski & Snowboard team. Let's go USA!
Fort Lewis Outdoor Club
Durango, CO is a pretty ideal outdoor playground, and the Outdoor Club at Fort Lewis College takes advantage. They also venture to California, Utah, Alaska and even Panama, Ecuador, Africa and beyond.
Now our friends there have Mules to wear anywhere, in any condition.
Bill Fisher Outfitters
Just a few miles from our home in Idaho but close in outdoor adventure spirit, Bill Fisher Outfitters runs fishing charters off the coast of Nantucket.
They reached out for a bomber hoodie that can withstand the daily rigor of salt-blasted, wind-whipped trips in all conditions. We love that there's probably a Mule out on a boat on the Atlantic today.
The Gunn School Outdoor Club
The Outdoor Program at The Frederick Gunn School, in Washington, CT, was looking for bomber hoodies for everyone in the club. So they reached out and we were thrilled to outfit the entire lot.
"These Mules are tough as nails. Thanks for making our custom order easy and awesome! They are terrific on the trail." - DF
Reflex Ski Poles
Reflex was born right in our backyard of Sun Valley, ID circa 1979. "After years of working for the “other guys,” four friends and die-hard skiers set out to make the world’s best ski poles in the original American ski town."
In 2020 they were born again, and when they asked for some custom Mules we were stoked to make it happen.
Sun Valley Suns Hockey Team
As back-to-back Black Diamond Hockey League Champions, our Sun Valley Suns are one of the toughest teams in Idaho.
It makes sense they ordered Mules for all their players.
Next time you're in Hailey make sure to catch a game!
Protecting wild sea-run fish
Our co-founder Randy Ashton was featured in his high school's magazine:
"A lifelong angler and seasoned entrepreneur, Ashton is the co-founder of Steely Zips, which produces a performance hoodie called “The Mule.” Designed for people who love the outdoors, and especially fishing or skiing, the waterproof and wind-resistant hooded jacket can be worn as an outer layer or as a mid layer under a shell.
As part of its marketing, Steely Zips also seeks to promote awareness about the need to protect wild stocks of sea-run fish, including Atlantic and Pacific salmon and steelhead trout, which the company says, “are in a battle for survival.”
